Hello everyone, I have decided to start a new blog about my passion for American girls. I have loved American girl dolls ever since I was five. I got my first American girl doll from my aunt in 2009, was a just like you doll, with blond hair and blue eyes named Ella, (just like me) :). I didn't play with her much, because I hadn't yet discovered the whole world of American girls out there. Later, in 2012, my friend (Annabel) asked me if I knew about American girls, because she had found them on the internet (I am half American). I had a flashback to when I used to play with Ella and told her that I loved them so much, and I had one. She got really excited and told me that she loved a doll named McKenna. I went home that night and went onto the American girl website. I looked at McKenna and fell in love with her, and for my birthday, my Mum bought me McKenna. Later that year, Annabel also bought McKenna making that her first doll. We have shared the love of dolls ever since. I now have 7 dolls. So thank you Annabel for reminding me that out there somewhere is the big world of American girls.
